CRUNCHY CASHEW PECAN BITES

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup raw cashew nuts
¼ cup raw pecan nuts
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup wheat germ flakes
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla
2 Tbs. lemon juice
¼ cup water
¼ cup tahini (roasted sesame seeds)
½ cup honey or maple syrup
½ tsp. coriander powder
¼ cup sunflower seeds

Directions:  

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or in a bowl. Using a tablespoon scoop out a spoonful and drop on a non-stick cookie sheet or using parchment paper. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
