1 cup raw/soaked cashew
4 tsp. grounded sunflower seeds
5 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes
2 clove garlic
½ medium onion
3 tsp. whole wheat flour (pre-cooked – slow cooked for 3 hours at very low heat)
2 Tbs. lemon juice
Dash of dried parsley, dill weed seeds, basil
½ tsp. sea salt
3 Tbs. Sesame tahini
½ cup red or yellow bell pepper


Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a small coated baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. It will settle and get firmer as it cools. Refrigerate after and enjoy with your favourite bread or crackers.
